Inventory Ordering, Stats, and Suppliers

Now you can keep track of your order list and suppliers using TapHunter Inventory. Follow the steps below to enter in your suppliers, and start generating your order sheets today. Don't forget to download the new  business mobile app to manage your inventory right from your phone.

Step 1. Enter Suppliers

First, go to the Inventory Tab, then click on Suppliers to enter your distributor and rep information

Enter in your beverage suppliers / distributors.


Step 2. Enter Par Levels or Directly Add to Order Sheet

Now that your suppliers are added, you can add beverages to your order list. You can do this in two ways: 

  • Enter "par" levels on in your inventory sheet tab and the appropriate number of beverages will be added to your order sheet when you click the “Update Order List” button.
  • Go straight to your order sheet and directly add beverages that need to be ordered.
Step 3. Receive your inventory

As your inventory comes in, your can receive it with the new "receive button". 

Add beverages to Order List based on Par Level
To can add beverages to your Order List by setting a "par" level in your Inventory tab. The difference from what's on hand to what you established as "par" will automatically add to your order list tab. 

  • Go to your inventory list and enter a "par" level for a particular beverage and then click “Update Order List.” This will add the appropriate beverages to your order list based on the par levels and on hand amounts that you have entered (example: if " par"  for a beer is set at 1 and you have 0 on hand, it will add 1 to your order list).

How to Add Beverages Directly to Order List
To add beers directly to your order sheet, simply click on the Order tab and search for the beer you want to add. This will add a beer directly to your order list.

Stats

In the advanced version of Inventory, customers can use the "Stats" tab to see a real-time breakdown of inventory by beer styles or categories.
