On Deck and Up Next

Customers on the "Plus" plan that have tap numbers turned on now have an "Up Next" tab in their beer list. 

When this tab is clicked, it will load the "on deck" beers and place them inline based on tap numbers. Each "on deck" beer has the option to add it to the live list and optionally, to remove and replace the current beer that is using that tap number.
