TapHunter Refresh
Are you new to the TapHunter dashboard? Have you been using it for a while but want to ensure you're getting the most out of your subscription? Great! Follow the steps below for a quick refresh on the tools.
What is TapHunter?
TapHunter helps reduce overhead expenses by automating the repetitive daily tasks of managing a craft and artisanal beverage program. You input your beer, spirits, wine or cocktails list and the tools automatically update your website, social media, print menus, digital menu boards and the free TapHunter mobile app.
How to log in and get started
To start using your TapHunter account go to www.TapHunter.com/admin and use your business login info. Once logged in, navigate your dashboard by using the action tabs on the left side of your account.

Why Update?
When you update your beverage lists a couple things happen.
- Your menus update automatically
- Website, Facebook and mobile app
- Digital drink boards refresh
- If you're using a digital drink board, every time you update the board will refresh and display your correct list
- Print menus update
- Your print menu will auto update itself in the dashboard making your life easier when you go to print it
- Mobile app notifications
- Anyone following your location or the beverage you just added will get notified via push notification that you just updated your list.
- Fresh rating in the mobile app
- Any location that just updated receives a "fresh" rating in the mobile app helping customers know which place is up to date.
